(l) Utilizing the Only Thrift resources, application, website, data, graphics, or any part thereof to establish competitive products and businesses, products that relate to Only Thrifts line of business;

Only Thrift keeps the right, in its sole discretion, to audit Users’ use of the Website, Content, or any portion thereof to investigate whether such use is within these limitations of use and otherwise abides by the acts and terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use.
